It is important that any breakdowns are fixed as quickly as possible. 3. We need breakdown support 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. 4. We need call-out support with 24 hours. 5. We require maximum reliability. 6. We prefer predictable maintenance costs to help with budgeting.
