This is site with lots of resident interest and is a hugely important ecological site for the Borough with SINC classification. Consultants are expected to produce several key elements of this work: - Demonstrate understanding of the site and the historical and ecological context - Assessment of the needs of the stakeholder groups - Produce a high-quality design that takes into account the different needs of the stakeholders - Produce a design that meets the criteria laid out in the design brief and present the findings where appropriate The Council is keen to progress this work rapidly so it is important to meet the deadlines set out in the tender.
