This project includes the design, development, maintenance, and support of the solution, with a contract proposed for an initial duration of two years, followed by two optional one-year extensions. A crucial pre-market engagement session is scheduled for 13th December 2018, to be held at iCentrum in Birmingham, where potential suppliers can gain insights into the requirements and ask questions. Interested parties were required to register their attendance through the BravoSolution eSourcing Portal by the engagement end date of 12th December 2018. It is proposed the contract will be for a 2 year period initially followed by further 2 extensions, (1 year plus 1 year). A pre-market engagement session is to be held on Thursday 13th December 2018, at the iCentrum 6 Holt Street, Birmingham Science Park Aston, Birmingham, B7 4BP. This will provide potential suppliers the opportunity to understand our requirements and the procurement process and ask questions. A maximum of two persons per organisation may attend.
