This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in chemical manufacturing, particularly those with capabilities in polymer-based production and testing. Companies that can adapt existing methodologies for scale production or have experience with vacuum packaging are particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to apply, given the focus on adapting and developing manufacturing processes as specified by the Ministry of Defence to meet larger batch production needs.
