This DPS will commence on 28th April 2023 for a period of 5 years. Organisations seeking to join this DPS must be able to demonstrate compliance with the legal requirements and standards set out in the electronic supplier questionnaire including the specific questions below: - Registered with the Regulator of Social Housing as a Registered Social Landlord or Statutory Registered Social Landlord, - Registered with the Regulator for Social Housing, - Qualified Homes England Investment Partner, - Demonstrable experience in the successful development and delivery of affordable housing for either general needs or vulnerable groups (i.e. Specialist Supported Living).
