## Summary

The Environment Agency is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for a "Cloud Collaboration System for Asset Management." This initiative falls under the project management software package category and aims to enhance the management capabilities for their Flood Coastal Risk Management Capital Programme. Interested parties should note that the deadline for registering interest via the market engagement questionnaire is set for 19th August 2022 at 17:00. The potential contract value is approximately £2.75 million for a term of five years, with service delivery expected in the United Kingdom.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the IT services sector, particularly those specialising in software development, project management tools, and collaboration platforms. Companies experienced in providing solutions that integrate into existing digital environments, particularly with capabilities aligned to ISO19650 standards, would be well-suited to compete. Additionally, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) should position themselves to respond effectively, considering the Environment Agency's focus on a seamless digital ecosystem for enhanced project collaboration.
