Scope of Works A.General Work Description 1.There are two parcels of work the Contractor is required to provide a price for in their tender return: a.3 nos. Sauter outstations to be replaced with Siemens outstations compatible with the Siemens Desigo Insight Building management System (BMS) installed for operation, monitoring and control of plant/equipment. b.Auto control valves shall be supplied and installed for LPHW heating circuits for wards 1-6. The location being: wards 1-3 in block 52 and wards 4-6 in block 39 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
