## Summary

The Bristol City Council is currently in the planning stage of the procurement process for the "Residential Rehabilitation Open Framework," aimed at enhancing substance misuse treatment services. Scheduled for July, the tendering event comes as part of the ROADS Commissioning 2017 initiative and will unfold at City Hall, College Green, Bristol, with a total contract value of £11,250,000. Interested providers must register for a participant slot by 14 July 2017. Notably, the engagement end date for market interactions is set for 23 February 2018.

This tender presents significant opportunities for companies involved in rehabilitation and health services, particularly those that specialise in substance misuse treatment and rehabilitation hospital services. With a focus on innovative commissioning strategies, businesses that offer essential criteria such as financial evaluation, safeguarding, and health and safety compliance will be well-suited to compete effectively. Participation in this framework could enable firms to expand their service offerings within the local authority and beyond, fostering community health improvement and diversification of their client base.
