Currently, the kitchen walls and floors are tiled and there is a tiled suspended ceiling. It is proposed to upgrade the wall surfaces to HACCP approved cladding and to replace the floor tiles with a sealed, anti-slip surface suitable for a commercial kitchen environment. The ceiling should also be replaced with an appropriate material. There are numerous exposed pipes in various materials, making the kitchen difficult to clean. This should also be addressed where possible. Improvements should extend to the dry food store and walk-in fridge. All submissions should meet the required safety standards of commercial kitchen environments.
