Contract activity will be split between 'Planned Maintenance' and 'Additional Services' which will be chargeable in accordance with the Schedule of Rates. Although not guaranteed, there is the potential through Local Transport Plan funding (LTP) for compete site refurbishments and for retro-fit LED aspect upgrades in line with the inventory and asset management profile.
