The evaluation will be based on the most economically advantageous tender (where the quality will be determined by pass/fail questions). The evaluation criteria are: 1. PASS/FAIL: Does the proposed pod comply with the specification? Is the lead time less than six (6) weeks? 2. PRICE The maximum marks will be awarded to the Supplier who submits the lowest total weighted pricing. The remaining Suppliers will receive marks on a pro rata basis from the lowest to the highest price.
