## Summary

The University of Wolverhampton Enterprise Limited is currently undertaking a procurement process for a "Website Redesign" project within the services industry. The tender is in the award stage, following its publication on 25th September 2018, with the tender period concluding on 25th October 2018. The contracted work, which was awarded on 23rd November 2018, is set to begin on 26th November 2018 and will extend until 31st May 2019. The successful agency is expected to engage in extensive user-journey research and full implementation into the University's content management system, targeting an effective relaunch in May 2019, specifically aimed at enhancing student recruitment.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for web design agencies, especially those with a proven track record in developing innovative, corporate-scale websites, preferably within the higher education sector. Businesses that can demonstrate financial stability, with a minimum annual turnover of £200K, and hold necessary certifications including Cyber Essentials will be well-positioned to compete. Given the project's focus on optimising the university's online presence, agencies proficient in user experience design and content management systems are particularly well-suited to meet the University's strategic objectives in attracting prospective students.
