Extra Care Schemes tend to be larger than sheltered schemes and provide direct access to a care provider 24/7. All schemes have an accommodation scheme manager. In Peterborough there are currently five schemes consisting of 224 units. This Open Tender applies to two Extra Care schemes in Peterborough; Bishopsfield and St Edmunds.
