The contractor must demonstrate in writing that they have no conflicts of interest in respect of work being sought that cannot be effectively mitigated. It should be noted that as well as inviting tenders for a Landscape Character Assessment, the Councils are also procuring a Green Belt Review. It is anticipated that the Landscape Character Assessment for the Greater Cambridge area will, in part, inform the Green Belt Review work (see paragraph 33a).
