Part of the works must be delivered by a Gent 24 Systems Integrator accredited Contractor, acting as either the main or sub-contractor. Please see the tender pack for full details of all accreditations and qualifications required. The open tender process will consist of 2 question sections, part A and part B. Part A will verify prerequisite issues using PAS91, such as professional accreditations, business and professional standing and financial stability etc and Part B will cover the project specific requirements. All tenderers will be required to submit responses to both Parts A, B and a commercial response. For this project, we have chosen to use Constructionline, a procurement and supply chain management scheme that collects, assesses and monitors standard company information using the PAS91 set of Prequalification Questions.
