The Semi Independent accommodation and support framework will more easily able Greenwich and Lewisham to place vulnerable 16+ Looked after children and care leavers in the right location, with the right level of support to enable them to thrive in the community. It may also present a unique opportunity for providers to collaborate in the provision of care packages for this cohort.
