The Council currently uses Idox client software called Acolaid as the Case Management System and the Idox Document Management System for the following Service Teams : Planning Planning Enforcement Environmental - Crime, Scrap Metal and Caravan Licensing Environmental Health Land Charges Housing Grants - Disabled Facilities Funding Housing Standards Building Control and Neighborhood Teams The Suppliers solution shall support up to 160 users who will undertake a wide range of case management activities and the solution shall be capable of supporting across all Service Areas
