The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate: * Experience of advising on all property aspects for major commercial and mixed use regeneration sites. * A strong multi-disciplinary team that can advise the Council on the first stages of the project. * Experience of working on valuations and negotiations. The budget for this contract is PS80k any bids received over this value will not be considered.
