This brief outlines the Council's expectations of the Playing Pitch Strategy (PPS) and Built Facilities Strategy (BFS) and details the requirements of tender proposals. The provider will also be expected to generate sufficient leads to achieve the contractual targets set out within this service specification, although the Council may also be able to support with some marketing and promotion.
