The Supplier will design, develop and deliver; Each mentee will receive * 6 x 1-hour personal mentor meetings * 2 x group action learning groups Mentors will be chosen from successful business people from the region, who have run a successful SME so that they relate to the challenges faced by scale up SMEs. Each mentor will support 6 mentees, and three times a year, their group of 6 mentees will meet together, for a facilitated discussion sessions over half-a-day to share and solve challenges each organisation or individual is facing. * Peer group support programmes to develop leaders and managers * High quality mentoring to help businesses identify and achieve their growth goals Specifically, the Supplier(s) will; * Develop, design and deliver 2 x peer group meetings.
