## Summary

The Oldham Council is seeking a Master Developer Private Sector Partner (PSP) for the "Oldham Town Centre" project, which spans various construction and real estate services. This procurement process is currently at the tender stage, with a competitive dialogue method employed. The tender period concludes on 11th August 2022, and the total contract value ranges from £350 million to £550 million, lasting for an initial 15 years, with the possibility of a 10-year extension. The primary locations for the project include significant sites in Oldham, such as the Civic Centre and the former Magistrates Court.

This project offers substantial opportunities for SMEs and VCSEs that specialise in construction, real estate, and related consultancy services. Companies with experience in public-private partnerships will find this tender particularly appealing, as the council is looking for partners who can deliver considerable value. As the scope may expand to include additional sites in the future, interested businesses are encouraged to consider how they can contribute to the revitalisation of the Oldham Town Centre and the potential for future developments.
