This will include the following deliverables for the final report for each site: * Key development constraints and outputs; * 1:1000 site plans showing vehicle access routes for cars, refuse and fire access; * 1:500 scaled block plans at all levels showing flat and core entrance locations, plant and bin store areas, lift numbers and locations, and key overlooking dimensions; * accommodation schedules including GIA's for all new accommodation, mix and draft tenure distribution (if required); * bike and parking spaces; * amenity space areas; * phasing plans (where appropriate); * 1:500 key site sections showing proposed buildings in context; * basic 3-d views of the scheme showing proposals in context to the adjacent buildings and any overshadowing effects; and * precedent studies and 1 or 2 sample elevational treatments at 1:200 to indicate a suggested elevational approach.
