The Council requires the strategy to be a key enabler to achieve the following: We want to be a County with a sustainable future which means adapting to and mitigating climate change and meeting net zero commitments, so that our generation ensures futures generations can live well and reap the benefits of a sustainable and thriving Warwickshire. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
