This service is a core part of the council's health and social care offer. CES is an operational service, enabling our most vulnerable residents to maintain their independence at home. The Service is a key provider in supporting local authorities and health Partners in the delivery of key social care and health transformation programs. CES provides a vital service to residents from Croydon enabling them to maintain their independence at home.
