Since the bus station opened in March 2010 a Service Provider has provided cleaning, security and information office services on site. The emphasis of this contract is the requirement for the successful Service Provider to: * Deliver an innovative, high quality customer focused service which meets the contract specification, * Consistently demonstrate market best practice, * Proactively identify and deliver continual improvement throughout the contract term.
