The Research element of this has now been completed and reported back to Head of Homelessness and Rough Sleeping with a set of recommendations which form the core of the design of a new service. The aim of the project will be to galvanise City of London homeless pathway service users and providers to increase the levels of service user involvement in our projects across the board, and work towards a state where co-production of services from design to finish is the norm.
