Following a self-selection questionnaire to the Tier 1 suppliers it was shown that there is adequate capacity within the framework to deliver Hampshire County Council's (HCC) requirement. The PV companies provide full survey design and installation expertise which meets the requirements of HCC's programme, and all have been subject to health and safety compliance Framework checks and insurances relevant to the type of activity and levels required by HCC.
