Godley Green is in the ownership of 19 separate landowners including Tameside Council. The site offers one of a small number of opportunities in Tameside to deliver a large scale, sustainable Garden Village set within a framework of outstanding landscape and design quality. The Council, acting on behalf of the other landowners are seeking interest from a multidisciplinary consultancy team to provide development advice for the proposed Garden Village. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals for the services required. The Council in consultation with the other Godley Green landowners shall award to one bidder only.
