The resident should be provided with contact details, emergency contact details, a description of the works to be undertaken and an indication as to the sequencing of these operations. The Contractor shall provide a dedicated, named Residents' Liaison person, who shall provide information and support to residents during the Works and will communicate the Contractor's operational activities and requirements in order to minimise the disruption to the residents.
