## Summary

This public procurement process, managed by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, focused on improving how early intervention work with primary school children who have neuro-developmental needs is captured and recorded. The contract aimed to establish a 'single health record' for children by exploring existing or off-the-shelf solutions. The procurement was conducted through a selective method, specifically a call-off from a framework agreement. The contract, valued at £69,400 GBP, commenced on 24th March 2022 and concluded on 24th March 2023, with services being delivered to the Leatherhead area (postal code KT22 7FG). The awarded supplier was THE DEXTROUS WEB LTD, based in West Yorkshire.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses specialising in health informatics, data management, and early childhood development solutions. Companies with expertise in user-centred design, technical guidance for digital health records, and the ability to offer or adapt existing software solutions would be well-suited for similar future contracts. By demonstrating proven capabilities and a user-centred approach, businesses can position themselves as key partners to NHS Trusts and other public sector bodies looking to improve service delivery and information management in the health and educational sectors.

## Notice

to improve how early intervention work with children who have neuro-developmental needs, is captured and recorded. Early intervention work in this area is currently not recorded consistently. This creates problems - such as difficulty sharing the information you gather with the people who need to access it. You will initially focus on improving how information is managed for primary school aged children. You have undertaken discovery research exploring the problem and how to address it. You have decided to create a 'single health record' for the child. You'd like a delivery partner to help you progress this decision, working with you to validate what's understood, and identify and facilitate the testing of possible solutions. You wish to explore existing or off-the-shelf solutions, rather than building something yourself. This is because you don't have the development capacity or resources required to build or maintain a product of your own at this point in time. We understand that the overarching goal of the work is to find a solution that will meet the needs of the users. This project will identify and test that solution, and will conclude once testing has been completed and next steps have been identified.
