## Notice

But due to property holding volumes, and the disparate geographical location of the DVSA estate, it does need further resources to carry out the functional delivery of these services: - Acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property - Rent reviews - Lease breaks and Lease expiry action - Lease renewals - Dilapidation negotiations and valuations - Landlord and tenant issues including landlord consents, service charge management and claims - Rating services; management and appeals and payments
