## Summary

The NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit is initiating a tender for the "Northern Staffordshire Community Falls Coordinator Service" aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing fall risks for the population of North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, approximately 514,000 residents. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with a tender submission deadline set for 12th July 2017. The anticipated contract duration is three years, commencing on 3rd April 2018, with an extension option of up to 12 months. This open procedure tender will be conducted in the West Midlands region of England, classified under health services (CPV Code: 85100000).

This tender presents potential growth opportunities for businesses that specialise in health services, particularly those able to demonstrate capability in coordinating community care and implementing preventive interventions. Given the emphasis on a Prime Provider model, bidders are encouraged to explore formal partnerships to enhance their proposal's competitiveness, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes and community support.
