Rivers House is a three-storey office complex, roughly 3600m2 located in East Quay Bridgwater. The property consists of Ground floor, First floor and Second floor offices. All three floors have predominantly open plan office areas and meeting rooms. There are three separate staircases reaching the first and second floors with a kitchen on each floor. The initial phase 1 of the strategy will predominantly focus on areas that require motion detection upgrades, the strategy is to reduce lighting at times when it is not required. The specification for the lighting and equipment required in these areas is included in the attached report. Phase 1 areas: * Stairways - x 3 separate stairways accessing 3 floors. (Core stairs, North end stairs and Delivery stairs) * Lift Lobbies - x 3 floors landing areas * Reception and Entrance area * Stationery cupboard ground floor * Kitchens - x 3, one on each floor * Meeting rooms - x 3 Grayling and Bream on the ground floor and Redshank on the second floor. In order to evaluate the tender, we will require a breakdown in pricing for each of the above elements please. With potential for further work subject to funding.
