This framework will provide the Estates office with the ability to improve procurement processes and enhance project deliverables, whilst increasing opportunities for local, small and medium enterprises in support of the local economy, also allowing the University of Birmingham to secure best value. The Framework agreement will be for a duration of three years with an option for two further two-year extensions.
