## Notice

Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH) wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal and associated works at properties owned/managed by THCH. Typically, asbestos removal will be required on an ad-hoc basis in line with planned/capital work programmes. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of five years, extendable for a further term of three year plus two years, to a maximum term of ten years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated contract value for asbestos removal and associated works is PS40,000 (exc VAT) per annum. THCH are hosting a free Meet the Buyer event for those organisations who wish to tender for the opportunity. The event will be held as follows: 1.30pm - 3.30pm Friday 13th September 2019 - Tower Hamlets Community Housing, 285 Commercial Road, Stepney London E1 20S.
