With regards to Tattenhoe Park Phase 4, Homes England's South East Disposals Team has now successfully procured and selected Bellway Homes Limited as its preferred developer partner. In order to support Homes England in administering the delivery obligations placed on Bellway Homes Limited in delivering this site, it is intended that a single Property Panel firm will be procured to act as the Agency's Compliance Inspector (CI).
