## Notice

The Young Carers model has been developed by Commissioning with a view to it meeting the City of Wolverhampton's strategic outcomes. The contract is for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further year. The contract is to be delivered city-wide. The opportunity will also be available for use by the Council's delivery organisations such as trading companies, joint ventures and arms-length organisations and other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, University of Wolverhampton and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust.
