The works for all options stated below must commence on Monday 14th May 2018 for completion by a maximum of 8 calendar weeks. A programme of works will be agreed with the successful tenderer. Before submitting a tender, it is recommended that tenderers visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the full extent of the nature of the works required to ensure that all labour, material and plant required to complete the works are included within the tender. Any additional costs will not be considered after receipt of the completed Form of Tender. The contractor must price both of the options as set out below: Option A - All works as per Employers Requirements and Pricing Schedule to all flats and common parts Option B - All works as per Employers Requirements and Pricing Schedule to the common parts only. The option chosen to be awarded will be at the sole discretion of The London Borough of Hillingdon and will be in accordance with the evaluation and award criteria as detailed in this Invitation to Tender.
