## Notice

Further to your submission of a bid for the above Procurement, on behalf of The Department for Transport (the "Authority"), I am pleased to inform you that your bid ranked 1 st in our evaluation and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The attached appendix provides detailed feedback on your submission. The call-off contract shall commence on 1 st July 2022 and will expire on 30th June 2024 for a period of two years with the option to extend by one year and a further one year (2+1+1). The total contract value shall be PS4,000,000. excluding VAT. The contract value has been extended by an additional PS2,000,000.00 excluding VAT and the total contract value is now up to PS6,000,000.00 excluding VAT.
