## Notice

The Authority has ambitious plans for investment into its facilities during the term of the new Contract and has agreed as part of the procurement PS9.75 million investment fund, financed through prudential borrowing available for investment in both Harborough Leisure Centre and Lutterworth Leisure Centre. The contract commences in April 2024 and is for 15 years with the option to extend for two periods of up to five years. The procurement will be a two-stage tender process with negotiation.
