The project is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund. We have been running a successful employment support project, working with long-term unemployed in Northamptonshire since 2016. We are seeking bids from interested parties to deliver Employability and Resilience courses within the county. The course - aside from teaching the skills needed to find and sustain employment - needs to include elements of personal resilience, confidence building, basic nutrition, mental health, anxiety reduction and well-being advice. We require: * Ability to teach an accredited Level 2 employability course (it must be an OFQUAL regulated award) * All assessment and auditing to be undertaken by the supplier * All costings should be on a per course (as opposed to per-delegate) basis The successful organisation should have experience of working with "hard to reach" adults, some who may be considered vulnerable and may come from chaotic backgrounds.
