Two separate yet interrelated reports will be commissioned: 1. Focusing on On Vehicle Technology 2. Focusing on Manufacturing & Process Innovation This Invitation to Quote relates to Manufacturing & Process Innovation only. The maximum budget available for this commission is PS7,500 exc VAT. Both reports will combine to inform the direction of the North East Innovation Strategy which will provide a framework through which all stakeholders will work to improive the competitive position of the North East region and its economic prosperity.
