## Summary

The NHS Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are initiating a procurement process for Autism Assessment, Diagnosis and Support Services for Adults, with the expected contract value estimated at £200,000 per annum. This tender is currently in the planning stage, and interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest by 5th February 2018. The contract is set to commence on 1st April 2018 and will span a duration of two years. The service will be aimed at the adult population within Worcestershire, specifically catering to those presenting with suspected Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses that provide health and social care services, particularly those experienced in delivering autism-related support and assessments. Firms with qualified clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, or professionals with relevant qualifications who can form a collaborative team to deliver high-quality diagnostics will be well-suited to compete. The emphasis on renewing the contract also suggests potential for continuity in service provision, making this an appealing opportunity for established providers in the region.
