The works are to be delivered under a single contract and are briefly outlined below: Demolitions: Demolition of redundant internal glazed screens Demolition of existing internal partitions to RDS 223 Removal of existing floor finishes Removal of existing suspended ceilings Removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment Works: Formation of 1no. Reception and Waiting area Formation of 1no. Assessment area, with vanity unit. Formation of 3no.
