Before we go out to tender, we would like to invite you, as Providers and stakeholders, to an event to discuss the services we hope to procure, and to give you some information about the timelines involved, and the outcomes we hope to achieve through re-tendering these services. The event is on Friday 16th February, 10am-3pm in Peterborough Town Hall, Reception Room and will be split into 2 sessions: Morning session (10:00 - 12:00, for everyone to attend). To include: * Background information about the scope of the tendering exercise, the context, an overview of the anticipated demand for these services, budget and the procurement timeline and processes. * Some small, group activities looking at specific elements of the service and how best to design a service for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to achieve the best outcomes for our young people aged 16-18 who need this type of accommodation. Afternoon session (13:00 - 15:00 specifically looking at the support needs of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children). To include: * Background information about the anticipated demand for these services * Some small, group activities looking at specific elements of the service and how best to design a service for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to achieve the best outcomes for our UASC young people aged 16-18 who need this type of accommodation. Please indicate when you respond whether you wish to attend the morning session only or the morning and the afternoon.
