## Summary

Birmingham City Council has completed the tender process for the development and coordination of 10 Community Telephone Trees aimed at enhancing engagement, especially for communities with limited digital access. The procurement, awarded on 23 March 2021, involves a budget of £28,000, and the contract period runs from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. Interested suppliers were required to submit their quotations by noon on 5 March 2021 via the council’s e-tendering system, In-tend. The service falls under the category of 'Provision of services to the community' and is located within the West Midlands region of the United Kingdom.

This tender provides a significant opportunity for organisations specialising in community engagement, telephone services, and training programmes, particularly those with experience in non-digital outreach strategies. Suppliers that are well-suited include SMEs focused on innovative community solutions, training providers with expertise in capacity building, and organisations capable of managing multi-partner initiatives. Engaging with Birmingham City Council can also help businesses expand their networks within the local community and potentially secure future contracts in public health initiatives.
