The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified main contractors to undertake refurbishment and alterations works to Flats 1-5,116 Edith Grove SW10 0NH The scope of Works includes various structural construction, redecorations and flooring works. There are also extensive structural alterations requiring temporary supports as well as facilitating works for new flooring and walling in the properties.
