The total project will be phased (see below). The key aims of the Contract for which you are being asked to tender are to provide a full understanding of all the land, property and transport related assets that are currently owned by the Sheffield City Region Combined Authority and the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Authority; and to plan how they could best be utilised to contribute to achieving both the economic and regeneration aims and objectives of the City Region (Phase 1a-b).
