Project brief/summary: *PV panels to localised areas of the pitched and flat roofs. *Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for connection of District Heating System. *Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the District Heating energy source. *New heating installation including 2 port zone controls, zoned VFD pumping, new heat emitters (radiators, fan coil units, door curtains) with D-TRV's , energy metering, and new water treatment & pressurisation plant. *New Chilled water installation including air cooled chiller, 2 port zone controls, VFD pumping, new fan coils with D-TRV's, energy metering, and new water treatment & pressurisation plant. *New BMS installation. *Domestic water services flow restrictors *Installation of Photovoltaic panels *LV Power supplies for chiller, DH skid and new pump installations *Strip-out of redundant M&E services Project is on below site: Worthing Museum, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HP In order to be considered for this opportunity please express an interest by email to procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk, your expression of interest should include the details of your business and at least 1 example of where you have carried out similar works; include client details, scope of works value and outcome.
