The audit needs to be: Undertaken in accordance with the Commission's audit methodology; Use the evidence obtained from these procedures as the basis for the Report of factual findings; and Presented in the Commission's audit model report template. The auditor is required to undertake the sampling, testing and reporting between 1 October and 30 November 2025. Audit and final report must be completed by 30 November 2025.
